Delivery
At HerKervs, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered efficiently, whether you’re in the UK or overseas. We work with leading couriers like FedEx and UPS to provide reliable delivery times for our customers.
UK Shipping:
All UK orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and standard delivery typically takes 8-12 business days once your item has been dispatched. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way so you can monitor its journey.
International Shipping:
For our international customers, we offer worldwide shipping options. Delivery times may vary based on your location, but most international orders are delivered within 10-14 business days. We strive to make sure your items arrive safely and on time, no matter where you are.
Expedited Shipping:
Need your items quicker? Expedited shipping options are available via FedEx or UPS. For UK customers, expect delivery within 5-9 business days. International customers can expect expedited deliveries within 7-10 business days depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary slightly due to factors such as customs processing or logistical delays. Rest assured, we will keep you updated with tracking details from dispatch to delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
At HerKervs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we’ve made our returns process straightforward for eligible items. Please review the following guidelines for returning your order.
UK Returns & Refunds:
You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unused condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
Exceptions:
For hygiene reasons, underwear and intimate garments cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Items that are damaged, worn, or not in a resaleable condition will not be accepted for return.
Faulty or Defective Items:
If your item is faulty or defective, we will offer you a free return and a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product, and we will provide you with a prepaid returns label so you can send the item back at no cost to you.
Change of Mind Returns:
If you change your mind, we accept returns, but the return shipping cost and responsibility for the item’s safe return will be at your expense. The item must be in its original condition, securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred product.
How to Make a Return:
1. Contact our customer service team at returns@herkervs.co.uk to initiate a return and receive instructions.
2. Ensure your item is securely packaged and include the return form provided to you.
3. Return the item using your preferred shipping method or the prepaid label for faulty items.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
